Good indigenous help from local healing plants to clear blocked nasal passages, open up a tight chest and relieve a congested head, when used as an inhalant. With African Immortelle Helichrysum, African Wormwood and African Lemon Bush, blended in cold pressed Cape Grapeseed Oil.

 

Add a few drops into a bowl of hit water and inhale to clear nasal passages and congestion. Or use as massage oil, dab on the wrist or add a few drops to bath water, or into a burner.
